Event transport in Singapore means moving a group to a fixed programme, on a night when everyone else is trying to move at the same time. Concerts, race weekends, air shows, conferences and festival periods all break ordinary transport in the same way: demand spikes, roads close, ride-hailing surges then stops accepting bookings, and a group of ten discovers there is no vehicle that takes ten people at 11pm.
We run chartered 6 seater Toyota Alphard, 7 seater Mercedes maxi cab and 13 seater Toyota Hiace vehicles with driver, 24 hours a day, at fixed rates with no CBD surcharge, booking fee or parking charge added afterwards. Below are our guides for the events we handle most.
The 2026 race runs 9 to 11 October at the Marina Bay Street Circuit and is Singapore’s first Sprint weekend, which puts a full race on Saturday as well as Sunday. Read the F1 2026 transport guide for drop-off planning, closure timing and how to book race nights, or the race night dos and don’ts for the event itself.
Delegate arrivals, hotel to venue shuttles, evening functions and crew movements run to a programme rather than to traffic. Our MICE transport guide covers shuttle sizing, arrival waves at Changi and what usually inflates an event transport budget.
Changi Exhibition Centre sits away from the MRT network, trade days and public days behave differently, and exhibitor crews move outside visitor hours. See the Singapore Airshow transport guide.
Multi-stop family visiting across the island, with elderly relatives, children and food to carry. See Hari Raya minibus charter.
Guest shuttles between ceremony, reception and hotel, usually with a late finish. Booked as hourly or whole-day charter so the vehicle stays with you.
Event transport is charged as a per-transfer, hourly, whole-day or monthly charter rather than by meter. For events, hourly and whole-day charter almost always work out cheaper than a string of separate transfers, because the vehicle stays with you when the programme slips. All rates include driver and fuel and are quoted as a fixed figure before the event. Current rates are on our charter rates page.
| Group size | Vehicle | Typical event use |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 6 | Toyota Alphard | VIPs, speakers, small families, hospitality guests |
| Up to 7 | Mercedes V-Class maxi cab | Small groups arriving with luggage |
| Up to 13 | Toyota Hiace high roof | Fan groups, delegations, guest shuttles, crew runs |
| 14 and above | Multiple 13 seaters | Staged rather than convoyed, so access points stay workable |
Book event transport in Singapore four to six weeks ahead for most events, and earlier for major peaks such as the Formula 1 race weekend or the Singapore Airshow, when 13 seater minibuses across the whole market commit first. Smaller movements can often be arranged within a few days, and 24 hour availability means last-minute requirements can still be quoted.
For groups of eight or more, chartering a 13 seater minibus is normally cheaper than several taxis or ride-hailing cars on an event night, because event demand triggers surge pricing while a charter rate is fixed at booking. Charter also keeps the group together and guarantees a vehicle for the return leg, which is the part that usually fails.
Yes, on an hourly or whole-day charter the vehicle and driver stay with you between movements rather than being dispatched elsewhere. This is the correct booking type for events where sessions overrun, dinners run late or guests leave in waves. A point to point transfer does not include waiting.
Yes. Our rates are quoted inclusive of driver and fuel with no CBD surcharge, no booking fee and no parking charge added afterwards, so the figure approved before the event is the figure invoiced.
